1. What’s your hobby?

I like reading books and my favorite book is Hemingway's the Old Man and the Sea. What struck me most is the "tough guy" spirit which is worth learning. When I encounter unprecedented hardships and setbacks in my life, I will remember this famous sentence-“A man is not made for defeat.A man can be destroyed but not defeated." In this way, I will find that in fact these difficulties are not invincible. If we can study the spirit, have the "tough guy" spirit and inspire our biggest potential, we can overcome the difficulties

2. What’s your knowledge aim and how can you achieve it?

The Knowledge aim is:

Students can read new phrases such as comfortable seats, best sound, close to home, etc and use sentence patterns such as “What’s the best movie theater?” to make sentences correctly.

Before listening, I will teach the students these new words and phrases, and introduce the sentence structure. Then we will listen to the tape together and they will master the new knowledge we have learned. Finally, I will give chances for students to practice these new knowledge in the group discussion. In this way, students can understand and consolidate the new phrases and sentence structure.
