如果前一个词是由元音[u]结尾，下一个词由元音开头，那么在[u]后面加上一个[w]，比如 go away [go(w)away];
如果前一个词是由元音[i]结尾，下一个词是由元音开头，那么在[i]后面加上一个[y],比如the other one [thee(y) other one]。
